A quick tour of the menu bar demonstrates the feature rich capacity of the payACH Program. Commonly used features and areas are also accessible through buttons listed on the right side of the screen.


1.Comprehensive security system. The security administrator has complete control over adding, modifying, and deleting users. The administrator may also place security restrictions on individual users, limiting their access to certain secure areas or functions of the program which makes payACH ideal for a multi-user environment.
2.payACH will generate a NACHA formatted file which may be transmitted through a secure communications link, encrypted email or on diskette to the bank where you are registered for ACH electronic payments.
3.Custom file import utility. payACH contains a custom import utility which allows the user to import NACHA formatted files generated by another program. The import utility will also allow the user to define their own settings in order to import files that do not conform to federal standards such as print files received from a core accounting or billing system.

4.Tax Code Setup. payACH already contains a list of standard tax codes for making electronic tax payments. The user may also add additional tax codes or modify existing codes if needed.
5.Automated Reminders. payACH will remind the user of recurring payments according to Transmission Reminder settings
6.Built-in Backup Utility. For additional peace of mind, payACH allows the user to back up their essential files to another location in the case of software or hardware failure.
7.Mixed Batches. With payACH, the user may create batches which contain mixed debit and credit transactions to simplify their payment procedures.
8.Data Validation. payACH notifies the user of any invalid effective dates, inaccurate ABA numbers or entries that do not conform to federal specifications so that the user does not have to concern himself with details and can concentrate on making ACH payments.
