The security setup screen allows the person designated as the "security administrator" in the
program to add, remove, and configure individual users. In single user settings, the security option can be disabled in order to streamline the operation of the program.
In multi-user settings, the security setup feature allows the security administrator to grant certain privileges to more trusted users and to restrict privileges to unauthorized users without impeding them in performing the functions that they are responsible for. And if an employee forgets his pin number or password, or leaves the company, the security administrator can make the necessary changes to their security profile.
